Through the Elevation Grant, Positive Character Girls, Inc. was able to expand our services and form Positive Character Impact.
Positive Character Impact provides mentoring services to teens and single parents in the areas of social-emotional skills training, health and wellness, education, career development, nutrition, parenting skills, budgeting and finance, housing, and life-planning. Our mentoring organization is uniquely positioned to deliver impactful, holistic programming that addresses the mental, social, and physical health needs of single parents and teens from marginalized backgrounds. Through strong community partnerships— such as local community centers, local schools, social workers, and health professionals—we ensure our participants receive comprehensive support that extends beyond the mentoring relationship.
